Kelly Dally, PHR, SHRM-CP, is the Human Resources Manager for the Idaho Liberty Health Care Corporation office, a role she has held since October 2021. With over 25 years of experience, Kelly has a rich background in HR, having previously served as the HR Manager for Saint Alphonsus Rehabilitation Services for 13 years. Her expertise spans various industries, including Long Term Care, Construction, and Retail. Kelly has also held positions in program management and communications management, bringing a well-rounded skill set to every role she undertakes.
In her free time, Kelly enjoys a wide range of activities, including camping, hiking, traveling, kayaking, and white-water rafting. She is an active volunteer with the Rebel Legion and 501st Legion, combining her love for Star Wars with community service. Kelly also loves card making, stitching, reading, baking, Halloween and everything related to the fall season and spending quality time with friends, family, and her Labradoodle.
