At the 2019 National Organization of Forensic Social Work (NOFSW) in Las Vegas, Liberty Executive Director, Alan Stillman, LCSW, reviewed the history of intellectual and developmental disorders, examined the obstacles to community placement, detailed supporting industry statistics, and presented a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to successful community integration of this population.
